YAMSU has developed a fully automated geospatial data platform that enables anyone to request data surveys, apply specific work-flows and using various online analysis tools, produce useful geographical information in a time-frame and at a cost point that suits the end-user. A ‘data-wedge’ model underpins YAMSU’s technology, enabling end-users choose data from a variety of spaceborne, airborne and terrestrial sensor platforms where spatial, thematic and temporal attributes can be easily specified.
Various data processing web services are provided to carry out geometric, radiometric and sensor specific corrections before fusing and analysis. End users can download these processed datasets or use a growing array of online automated and semi-automated tools to measure, classify, categorise and extract information which can be exported in a wide choice of industry formats. Data and analytical outputs include; orthomosaics, digital surface models (DSM), vegetation indices, geocoded videos, volumetrics, cross-section profiles, object/feature extraction, thematic maps, view-shed analysis, dynamic trajectory profiling and pollution mapping.
